Product refund policy

Refund and Return Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products. Please review the following guidelines for claims, refunds, and returns:

1. Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 30 days after receiving the product.

  • Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
  • To report an issue, contact us at [email protected] and include:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Supporting photos.

2. Packages Lost in Transit

Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Verified claims will result in a replacement or refund.

3. Returns

All returns are sent to the designated fulfillment center. We do not process returns directly.

  • Return Address: Returns must be sent to the Printful facility by default.

    • Once a return is received, you will receive an automated notification.
    • Unclaimed Returns: Returned items that go unclaimed will be donated to charity after 30 days.
  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment center.

    • Reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed shipments returned to the facility can be reshipped at your expense.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Returns due to a change of preference will not be accepted.
  • Size Exchanges: Returns for incorrect sizes ordered are at the customer’s expense. A new order will need to be placed.
  • Sealed Goods: Products such as face masks that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons will be disposed of.

5. Customer Responsibility

Please contact us before initiating any return to confirm eligibility.

  • Returns must be sent to the designated fulfillment center. If an incorrect return address is used, you will be liable for any related costs.
  • Returned orders due to insufficient addresses or unclaimed shipments will not be refunded and will be donated after 30 days.

6. How to Submit a Claim

To report an issue, please contact us at [email protected] and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos (if applicable).

Claim Deadlines:

  • Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: Within 30 days of receipt.
  • Lost in Transit: Within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Important Notes

  • We do not process returns directly. All returns are sent to the designated fulfillment center.
  • Items returned due to unclaimed shipments or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at your expense or donated to charity after 30 days.
